Halloween 2009

For the first Halloween in three years we had a healthy child. He picked out his Spiderman costume months before Halloween, only once did he waiver and say he wanted to be a dog instead, but thankfully, he stuck with Spiderman in the end and surprisingly kept his mask on the entire time. He was so excited, all day on Halloween he kept saying "I can't wait to go trick-or-treating". He did pretty well, he walked our whole street, both sides and was probably out for an hour and 15 minutes. Too bad, he can't eat much of the candy though.

Nolan rode in the wagon with Riley for approximately one and half houses, then decided he was a big boy and would walk.

He did not want me anywhere near him when it came time to collect his goods. If I was too close, he would turn around and say "Don't come mom" and hold his hand out, Mr. Independent.
