Chase 4 months

I can't believe Chase is 4 months old already!! He has changed so much in the last month or so. He started rolling from back to front at about 3 months. He has always preferred his belly and once he mastered the skill, he started sleeping longer stretches at night and longer naps in his crib during the day. He also LOVES his thumb. As long as he has his thumb and his belly he is a happy camper. His bedtime routine changed drastically in the last couple of weeks. He decided that he much preferred going to bed around 7 PM. This works out much better for us as well especially since his big brother likes to go to bed early too. He is still very incosistent at night though. Sometiems he can go 11 hours at a time without a bottle, other nights, 7 hours. We gave him his first bite of cereal last night. Poor thing has been sick with a cold and earache, so the cereal did not go over well, all he wanted was his bed (he fell asleep in his bed with the lights on after 2 minutes of being in there, so he was obviously tired).
He is still a very happy baby, but I am convinced he is going to be terribly shy, unlike his big brother.



Nolan still loves Chase, it is so cute to watch them together, Chase just smiles at him and follows him around the room with his eyes. I always catch Nolan holding his hand when they are laying next to each other. I hope the brotherly love continues.
